Buying guide of the best small food processor

Size and seal of food processors:

The best mini food processors have a bowl capacity of around 2 cups. Make sure the bowl is comfortable enough that all of the ingredients reach the blade, but not so small that you can cut half an onion at a time. Also, pay attention to how the lid locks – you want an airtight seal so you can mash salad dressings and sauces.

Controls and speeds of the food processors:

Look for simple controls like big buttons, an easy-to-turn dial, or just a top you press. The best models have a pulse function, which gives you more control over your hash and prevents overprocessing by rotating the food so that the bottom is not chopped more than the top. Look for models with at least high and low speeds for more control when working with hard or delicate items.

Food processor’s additional features:

Some models can cut and shred as well as chop. These make the mini food processor versatile and allow you to quickly tackle different kitchen tasks. Note that often the small scale of the mini food processor means that the shredder and slicer will only work with narrow foods like carrots and celery.

Hope this post helps you, If you have more budget then you may check some big food processors then you can have a look on Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen System.

I loved the first Ninja chopper I had. I wore it out. But for some reason this one does not work as well. You have to keep pushing the food down to get to the blades like onions, then they are over chopped. It’s still better than chopping onions by hand. Can you Help?
